83540 RomansThe magisterial letter to the Romans has exercised great influence throughout church history over some of the greatest theologians. This course traces Paul’s argument in the epistle, examines central theological themes, and discusses the implications of the letter for today’s church.
83900 New Testament BackgroundsThis seminar is a study of the rise and development of Second Temple Judaism and its influence on the New Testament with emphasis on the movements, institutions, practices, teachings, and cultural distinctives pertinent to the interpretation of the New Testament.
83560 HebrewsThis course will consist of an exegesis of Hebrews and a study of recent literature related to the epistle.
