C. Berry Driver Jr.

Dr. Berry Driver is the Associate Vice President for Academic Resources and Seminary Librarian. He has been the professor of Church History since 2014. Prior to his coming to Southern Seminary, Driver served as Dean of libraries and professor of systematic theology at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from 1996-2013. He has also held teaching and administrative positions at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and is a member of the American Library Association. Driver has served as pastor of churches in Alabama, Tennessee, and New York. He is married to Cathy, and they have three children. Driver is an elder at Franklin Street Church in Louisville.
