Born and raised in Asia, McKinley is the son of IMB missionaries to Bangladesh.
Dr. Keith McKinley serves as the Associate Professor of Christian Mission and Director of the Bevin Center for Mission Mobilization at Southern Seminary. Prior to coming to Southern, Dr. McKinley served with the International Mission Board in Southeast Asia for twenty years. Dr. McKinley is a member of Westport Road Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He is married to Gail, and they have four children.
